Performs in project leadership role. Contributes to complex aspects of a project. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is self-directed and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to manager on project status. Represents the organization on business unit and/or company-wide projects. Guides more junior peers with aspects of their job. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Key Qualifications

Typically requires at least 5+ years of related experienceExcellent communication, verbal and written, and awareness of project management issuesFull understanding of specialization area plus working knowledge of many related areas

Preferred Experience

Responsible for the development and implementation of technical solutions to customer problems as part of a project teamUses Synopsys EDA tools on a customer project in at least one service line area which includes ICC2 P&R, Fusion Compiler implementation, front-end implementation, verification, design for test and SoC designContributes to both off-site projects and be a trusted advisor to customer design teamsDiscovers classical solutions to problems with little guidance and implements them on their ownSets task-level goals and consistently meets schedulesWorks with Applications Consulting and Sales team to extend or expand customer contractKeeps composure during crises and can comfortably handle risks and uncertainties
