As an Applications Support within the Latam Production management team, you will be supporting the Latam trading desks of FX, Rates, and derivatives. You will be part of a dynamic team, working with technologists from around the globe to troubleshoot issues in the production environment related to trading and post-trading applications. Your role will involve improving stability and observability, automating tasks and processes using Python, SQL, or other tools and languages stacks. You will also engage with other technology teams during the Software Development Life Cycle and change management to move bug fixes, changes, and application enhancements to the production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Support trading desks activities in Colombia on-site Automate routines, improve stability to optimize Front Office and Middle Office workflows Investigate issues’ root causes engaging technologists all over the world Engage with other technology teams during the SDLC and change management Support the EOD processes and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and other technology courses Fluent in English Knowledge of SQL, Python, Linux, cloud environment and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
