Duties: Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our company's suite of applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently to meet the needs of internal teams and external clients. Work closely with the IT team, developers, and business stakeholders to provide technical support, resolve issues, and implement improvements. Identify and address potential problems before they impact productivity and customer satisfaction. Provide technical support for all application-related issues, including but not limited to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. Work with the development team to implement fixes and enhancements to applications. Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new features and improvements. Conduct training sessions for end-users on new applications and features. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in application development and support. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation providing Applications Support for the financial services or IT industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Using Oracle DB, KDB+, Confluence, JIRA, REST API, and UNIX shell scripting to provide in-depth analysis and validations of existing problems, formulate solution designs, and introduce new enhancements in accordance with architectural goals; Deploying configuration code and application-level code using Ansible, IBM UrbanCode, and ServerGrid to fix issues and deliver improvements to existing applications; Monitoring applications and system health using tools including Geneos, Grafana, and Splunk to proactively identify issues; and Supporting production and maintenance, change and release management, SDLC lifecycle, Agile deployment, incident and problem management, database management, and application development.
