Appraisal Coordinator
Job Purpose & Scope Responsible for placing, tracking, and delivering appraisal orders through the Collateral Management System (CMS) and Real Estate Information Management System (RIMS). Essential Job Functions + Manages and prioritizes an appraisal order pipeline. + Verifies appraisal order information in CMS or RIMS and engages appraisers for assignment. + Facilitates communication between the vendor and loan production staff throughout the appraisal engagement period. + Serves as the primary point of contact in charge of answering questions on active requests. + Communicates with appraisers for status updates to ensure appraisal reports are delivered on time. + Escalates file issues as needed. + Completes weekly vendor invoicing and assists with the administration of the approved appraiser panel. + Ensures satisfactory ongoing monitoring and coordination of appraisal vendor status. + Collects and archives vendor compliance documentation. + Completes special projects as assigned by the Process Manager. + Tracks, communicates, and escalates process risks and issues. + Generates CMS and RIMS reports. + Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work. + Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines. + Performs other responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent, required. + Minimum of six (6) months of work experience with MS Office suite of products, preferred. + Experience with CMS or RIMS, preferred.
