The Federal Savings Bank, a national bank specializing in residential mortgage lending, is hiring an Appraisal Desk Analyst to join our remote Appraisal Management team. This role includes monitoring of appraisal orders via the Reggora platform as well as collaborating with our appraisal partners and processing operations team members to ensure timely receipt, review, and delivery of appraisals. This position will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to all AIR guidelines, compliance, and operations standards while providing exceptional customer service to bank colleagues and third party vendors.

Candidates are ideally physically located in the Pacific time zone. All applicants should be available to work in alignment with Pacific time and be flexible in their availability to work evenings as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Upon order of appraisal, track and follow up with appraisal partner to ensure turn time is metReview notes in Reggora to ensure all messages are being responded to in a timely mannerRespond to AMC/AC when additional information is requested to keep the appraisal process movingMaintain effective communication between Operations team and appraisal partnersEnsure UCDP/EAD/ECOA runs appropriately or reach out for assistance when errors occurEnsure timely ordering, tracking, and receipt of all appraisals within the Reggora platform

Requirements 2-year degree or commensurate mortgage experience1+ year of experience with Encompass LOS2+ year of experience with an appraisal platform (Reggora Network preferred)Knowledge of appraisal guidelines for residential mortgages (Conventional, FHA, &VA)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, Outlook, and TeamsAbility for flexibility in your schedule, especially during peak volume periods & month end (potential to work some evenings or weekends)Exceptional oral and written communication, for use both inside and outside the organization

Salary Description $40,000 - $45,000.00 + monthly bonus
