Job Overview
This role is a learning role, where apprentices are building skills and competencies in these areas while also identifying operational opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce cost to serve, supporting cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and creating models and processes to measure and communicate improvement. During the apprenticeship, you'll develop skills to become a Operational Insights Analyst. Responsible for supporting the Operations organization's continuous improvement initiatives utilizing a broad range of data sources, analytical methods, and business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations to executive sponsors. Learn to provide analytical support (including analytical systems development) by dissecting and structuring a wide range of complex business problems, extracting and analyzing data from a variety of sources, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill complex analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and influence decisions related to policy, procedure, and business practices.

Job Responsibilities: Learning the skills required of a Associate Operational Insights Analyst – this will be a significant portion of the work in the initial stages of the role. Execute an analysis plan for small and moderate projects Gain skills to query data from relational databases (Teradata, MS SQL server). Utilize skills to demonstrate competency and comfort working with and analyzing large sets of data. Obtain necessary knowledge and utilize to perform data validation and data cleansing Learn to perform data mining, analysis and modeling to drive business insights based on supervisor guidance Contribute to presentations that show complex and customized analytical findings Provide ongoing operational support Execute operational reporting Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Build some cross functional relationships Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: SQL (Preferred) Data Analysis (Preferred) Microsoft Excel (Preferred) Microsoft Access (Preferred) Microsoft PowerPoint (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications:

Base Pay Range: $21.26 - $38.35

Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
