Overview To assist Bartender in taking care of guests, keeping bar areas clean and making sure that the bars are properly stocked. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order. Assist in preparing and serving of cocktails to customers. Clean and organize bar to beverage department standards. Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels. Make sure that all Bar items and supplies on hand are accounted for and secure while on shift, also at the end of shift. Knows applicable Liquor Laws and acts accordingly. Makes and redeems change for Bartenders and guests using Bar Top Slot machines according to established policies. Adhere to all Company and Departmental policies and procedures. Assist in monthly inventory. Make known to management about any equipment in need of repair. Qualifications High School Diploma. 2 years’ experience bartending and or bar back/porter preferably in banquets. Minimum age requirement is 21. Most possess a TAM card and Health Card.
