Job Responsibilities: * Aluminum Frame Installation: Measure, cut, and install aluminum framing systems for windows, doors, partitions, and other structures according to specifications. * Glass Installation: Handle, cut, and install various types of glass (e.g., tempered, laminated, insulated) into aluminum frames with precision. * Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and alignment. * Material Handling: Safely transport and handle materials, including glass panels and aluminum frames, to and from job sites. * Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications; make necessary adjustments as required. * Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site. * Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during installation, including dealing with structural irregularities and ensuring proper alignment. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other carpenters, installers, and project managers to ensure project timelines and goals are met. * Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance and repairs on existing aluminum frames and glass installations as needed. Qualifications & Experience: * Experience: 3-5 years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years specializing in aluminum frames and glass installation. * Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of carpentry tools, including saws, drills, levels, and measuring instruments. * Familiarity with glazing techniques and materials. * Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and understand architectural blueprints and technical drawings. * Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks. * Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in measurements, cuts, and installations. * Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively. * Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site efficiently. * Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in both residential and commercial settings. * Certification in glazing or aluminum framing. * Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to aluminum framing and glass installation.  TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
