POSITION TITLE: Apprentice Fueling Technician

LOCATION: Covering locations in Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk, Suffolk and Middlesex Counties.

Below is a general outline of some of the roles/ responsibilities our Gas Attendants (this list is not all inclusive):

· A good working knowledge of station policies and procedures.

· The general appearance of your work area and the station as a whole.

· Closely following the dress code standards (clean shaven, appropriate hair length, clean uniform, etc.)

· Developing good communication and teamwork skills.

· Knowing your products and their prices.

· The security of all money on the property, left in your charge.

· Keeping informed of special offers, pricing, and programs in order to explain in detail to our customers.

· Coming to work with a smile and a positive attitude leaving your personal affairs at the door.

The following constitute “essential functions” of the job:

· Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.

· Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level in order to be able to make change, complete shift reports, and account for a variety of products during vendor check-in.

· Can lift up to 50 pounds while using proper lifting techniques

· Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies.

· Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products;

· Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store) for 8 hours a day

· Quick service response upon customer's arrival at Gas Island or upon entering the c-store with appropriate J&S greeting.

· Serve customer needs professionally with appropriate language, respect and mannerisms.

· Acceptance of customer payment for services rendered. This is done expediently, accurately, with a smile and sincere thank you, followed by a farewell.

· Cleaning and stocking tasks assigned to you by your immediate supervisor, including keeping driveway's clean of debris and snow.

· Perform all essential gas island procedures as stated to you in your training.

· Assisting other attendants when needed to better expedite the servicing of our customer’s needs (TEAMWORK)

· Must be 18 years of age

Total Bonus Amount of $1,500-Team member must be employed to receive the payout.

Paid $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, $250 after 120 days & $750 after 180 days
