Our Case Management Support Program is backed by our training provider, BPP who will provide expert insurance training and support alongside an apprenticeship qualification which includes the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification.


The role:  Apprentice Insurance Broker / Associate Case Management Support Team Member

We recruit for potential and not industry experience, we are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors to our business and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our apprenticeship funded training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications

What can you expect?

The Restructuring & Recovery team operate from a modern, fit for future office with easy access via car or public transport routes

A permanent, full time role

You will commence your employment on our 18 month apprenticeship programme and with support be expected to complete your Cert CII which is a strong foundation to any career in insurance. Studying and working towards this qualification will account for 20% of your working week with the remaining 80% working within the team

Work within the team will change as you learn and develop with initial tasks being solely computer-based work with limited client interaction progressing to having more autonomy and responsibility as competency increases. The pace of the development will depend on the candidate

We will count on you to:

Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards

Speak with clients on a day-to-day basis via telephony and email platforms

Utilise insurance broking systems on a daily basis

Work towards managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and provide suitable products and solutions to mitigate their risk

Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times

Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks

Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients

Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments

What you need to have: 

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)

Have completed your education and ready to start a role in April 2025

Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc paid or via volunteer work

Excellent customer service skills or willingness to work towards them

Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)
