Here's how a(n) Apprenticeship Administrator for our Solar USA office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and manage apprenticeship program processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure program integrity and efficiency. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the apprenticeship program, ensuring alignment with district goals and workforce development strategies. Serve as the primary liaison between apprentices, mentors, site leadership, and program stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination. Monitor apprentice progress, providing guidance, support, and ensuring that apprentices receive the necessary training, instruction, and mentorship. Facilitate completion of required coursework and assessments, coordinating with Proctors and Performance Evaluators to ensure timely completion of training modules. Track and report apprenticeship performance, maintaining accurate records and generating reports to assess program effectiveness and workforce impact. Develop and implement communication plans to support apprentice engagement, retention, and overall success. Assess program effectiveness and recommend adjustments to enhance training outcomes and workforce development. Ensure compliance with all Department of Labor regulations, PCL policies, and industry standards for apprenticeship programs. Stay current on industry trends and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve program operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred Diploma or certificate in Apprenticeship or IRA Compliance considered an asset. 3 years of experience as an administrative support role. 1+ year experience with project administration Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change. Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information. Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure. Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
