PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead efforts in securing and management of grants
• Lead apprentice technicians in tracking and maintenance of digital files for apprentice activities and performance.
• Coordinate with site and office staff to ensure proper documentation is complete and submitted.
• Monitor documentation and files to ensure compliance with DOL and company policy.
• Perform data entry in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support expansion of apprenticeship program.
• Monitor all apprenticeship program metrics to ensure 100% compliance with applicable regulations.
• Produce reporting necessary for program compliance.
• Monitor apprentice data in RAPIDS.
• Identify and champion new processes, providers and technologies that can improve the efficacy of data tracking and reporting.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to apprenticeship team regarding apprenticeship program expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Experienced as a USDOL registered apprenticeship program sponsor or intermediary
• Ability to navigate RAPIDS and related software platforms
• Experience using multiple software platforms to track & manage data and providing accurate reporting
• Detail oriented, strong task management and organizational skills
• Experience working with apprenticeship programs
• Strategic, innovative, and forward thinking
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
• Adept at problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with electronic file keeping, case management, and data entry.
• Strong understanding of government regulations and IRA (2022) compliance related to apprenticeship programs.
