 What You’ll Do: * Hunt & Close New Business - Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into long-term Apptio customers. * Lead High-Value Conversations - Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with Apptio’s market-leading solutions. * Forecast & Pipeline Management - Accurately track deal progress, manage pipeline health, and deliver consistent revenue performance. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with marketing, solution consultants, and partners to craft compelling sales strategies. * Drive Thought Leadership - Educate prospects on Technology Business Management (TBM) and FinOps best practices, positioning Apptio as the go-to solution in IT financial management. **Required technical and professional expertise** What You Bring: * Proven experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong track record of acquiring new business. * Ability to engage C-Level and IT finance leaders in strategic conversations. * Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies, value selling, and deal negotiation. * Strong pipeline management skills, with the ability to drive opportunities from prospecting to close. * Experience working in a SaaS, cloud, or financial technology environment is a plus.
