The Position: The School Operations Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their school assignment(s) and ensuring that the entire British Swim School program is delivered with our required high-quality standards, and in a safe and timely manner. Your Typical Responsibilities: + Hire, train, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily operations. + Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. + Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur + Coordinating Schedules + Be familiar with all aspects of the business + Weekly reporting Minimum Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. + Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suite. + Great at customer service + Resourceful + Can manage complex scheduling + Great with HubSpot, Slack and class room scheduling tools + Solution-Oriented Preferred Qualifications: + 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience. + Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training. + Great swimmer + Loves kids + Creative problem solver + Growth mindset + Part time schedule desired + Available after 1pm-7pm About Us: "Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool.
