Description Robert Half has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk with experience working in Real Estate or Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate and timely collections. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our company and be a key player in driving our continued growth. In this position, you will enter, post, and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. Previous experience in the Construction industry a plus. All Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerks interested in applying, please call 818.884.3888 for immediate consideration. • Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks at field sites, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and payroll liaison activities • Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers • Input timesheet data • Verify of documents and codes • Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization • Provides information as requested to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holder • Collections: contact existing clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans Requirements • Previous experience in accounts receivable working in Real Estate or Property Management company. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of basic accounting principles • Associate's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
