Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AR Clerk in Denver, Colorado. This role involves a significant amount of account coding and management of accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Manage and update accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient processing of customer credit applications • Carry out account coding tasks as necessary • Work with ADP for financial services related tasks • Utilize Concur for expense management and reporting • Implement ERP solutions to streamline accounting functions • Handle accounts payable and receivable duties • Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance • Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for this role. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Knowledge of Concur is essential. • Understanding of ERP Solutions is needed. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions is crucial. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is important. • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Auditing skills are essential for this role. • Experience with Billing Functions is a must.
