Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the wholesale distribution industry, located in Brickell. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll be integral in managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Location: Brickell Ave, 33131 Schedule: M-F standard business hours; in-office with future 1 day remote Salary: $50,000-$55,000; and discretionary Bonus Benefits: 100% Paid Employee Insurance (Health, Dental and Vision); 2 weeks PTO, 401K, Parking paid on 5 yr. anniversary Company and Role overview: Reputable distributor of consumer brands throughout the US. The AR clerk reports to the dept Supervisor. This role is open due to internal promotion. Job Duties for the AR clerk include: + Processes invoices, preparing daily check deposit, cash receipts postings and billing + Records transactions and Data Input updating records + Sends clients statements; and communicates following up on missed invoices or chargebacks and credits + Submits billing discrepancies + Makes collections calls on past due accounts with a focus on maintaining excellent customer relationships + Assists with aging report + Proficient clear English is needed; ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is useful + Use of MS Office software; will be trained on internal software Requirements Accounts Receivable (AR) management Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience in Billing procedures is essential Familiarity with Cash Applications is needed Collections experience; with a focus on maintaining excellent customer relationships Microsoft Office Proficient clear English is needed; ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is useful Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
