AR Clerk-Customer Master
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk-Customer Master *For an immediate response, please email me your resume at: olellis @actalentservices.com and include 3-4 bullet points as to why you would be a great candidate for the role*  Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk-Customer Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service regarding collection issues, resolve customer discrepancies, and monitor and maintain assigned accounts for collections. Responsibilities + Provide customer service regarding collection issues and resolve customer discrepancies. + Monitor and maintain assigned accounts for collections. + Enlist the efforts of sales management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. + Communicate and follow up effectively with management regarding customer accounts on a timely basis. + Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers. + Make high volume phone calls/emails to assigned delinquent customers. + Review accounts for pending claims and update claims log. + Request offset of credit/debits to management. Essential Skills + Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and B2B collections. + Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and accounting. + Advanced Excel and Word skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong research, problem-solving, and solution-identifying skills. + Superior attention to detail. + Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Additional Skills & Qualifications + SAP experience preferred. + Proficiency in 10 Key by Touch. + Must be a team player able to work with individuals at various levels within and outside the department. + Must be organized and able to recognize and meet deadlines. Work Environment This is a hybrid role with a schedule of three days onsite (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and two days offsite. Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, with opportunities for independent work and minimal supervision.
