Job Title: Accounts Receivables /Collections Specialist
Location: Farmington, CT – Fully Onsite
Salary Range: $23 - $26 an Hour – Flexible on Pay (Can be discussed)
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm – Monday – Friday
Position Overview:
We are in search of a sharp Account Receivables specialist to join our clients’ financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in Collections and Accounts Receivables.
Job Description:
Reporting to the AVP Accounts Receivable Group, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be part of a team responsible for the collection of direct premiums.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To fulfill these objectives, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:
• The collection of direct premiums from brokers and maintaining
receivables on a current basis across our various underwriting systems.
• Follow up on past-due payments.
• Maintain and update as needed client billing information.
• Identify collection issues and assist in appropriate resolution.
• Reconcile daily cash applications.
• Reconcile and resolve differences in broker accounts.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash items.
• Process cancellations for non-payment of premiums.
• Process cash in the Accounts Receivable application.
• Special projects as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00
