Your Role: Responsible for research and resolution of partner (customer or supplier) behavior and payment variances.
Provides analytical expertise in managing partner portfolios to resolve and reconcile open receivable balances (aka disputes/deductions) Ensures customer offsets are appropriately categorized in the ledger Investigates aging receivables and researches to mitigate loss Trends data and conducts analysis to identify the root cause of systemic problems. Partners specifically with Warehouse, Inventory, Transportation and Sales to understand trends with delivery shortages, damages, and fees. Collaborates and communicates with external business partners to understand processes and establish mutually beneficial improvements & resolve disputes Applies Lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.Role Specifics:
Travel – Occasional overnight travel for internal trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.We Need You To Have:
