AR Inbound Specialist
**Job Title:** AR Inbound Specialist (Call Center Environment) **Location:** Winston Salem, NC 27105 (onsite) **Contract Job** **Role Overview:** The AR Inbound Specialist is responsible for managing inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role supports Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Website Issues, Pricing, and Data Maintenance processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Handle inbound calls and document customer requests in workflow tools. + Resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams (Dispute Resolution, Account Owners). + Achieve performance metrics (Call Handle Time, First Call Resolution, Call Quality). + Maintain accurate documentation within ERP and workflow tools. + Collaborate with teammates to achieve team goals (Service Level, First Call Resolution). **Skills and Qualifications:** + **Education:** High School diploma required; 4-year degree in Accounting or Business preferred. + **Experience:** Prior Customer Service, Call Center, or Accounts Receivable experience. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Expert Excel preferred). + **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. + **Additional Skills:** + Knowledge of Electronic Payment Applications. + Bilingual (preferred). + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work a flexible schedule (7 AM–7 PM, later shifts).
