Description We currently have ongoing opportunities available in the Accounts Receivable market. An ideal AR Manager should have experience with Strategic Planning and Leadership, Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management, Collections, Account Reconciliations, Reporting and Analysis, Process Improvement, and Customer Relationship Management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Develop and implement strategic plans for the accounts receivable department to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. · Provide strong leadership to the accounts receivable team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. · Oversee the billing and invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices to clients. · Review and verify billing documentation for completeness and accuracy. · Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits in collaboration with the credit department. · Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, ensuring adherence to established credit terms. · Implement and maintain effective collections strategies to reduce outstanding receivables. · Work closely with the collections team to address and resolve customer payment issues promptly. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or similar role. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. · Excellent leadership and communication skills. · Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. · Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
