Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AR Specialist in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The role is within the Commercial Real Estate industry and will involve various responsibilities related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Commercial Collections. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Handle the posting of tenant checks/ACH funds to tenant ledgers accurately • Perform scanning of checks to bank accounts • Communicate with tenants and co-workers through phone and email • Keep an updated log of tenant communications • Create and post charge batches and receipt batches • Prepare and distribute tenant statements • Apply late fee charges and direct tenant billables as per the policy • Cross-train on various tasks to ensure smooth operations • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking. Requirements The ideal AR Specialist will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
