We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This crucial role oversees and manages all accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely payment collection from our valued clients. Responsibilities include meticulous invoice generation and payment collection, thorough account reconciliation, and prompt resolution of customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for generating comprehensive reports, managing collections and credit, applying cash effectively, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with internal teams. This position demands a proactive individual who excels in maintaining financial accuracy and fostering positive client relationships. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18-22/hr.
