Job Description

The Advisor I, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.

As a B2B Sales Representative on our team, you will:

What you will do in this role

End2End Responsibility for developing sales in assigned territory Proactive account management based on prioritisation of tasks depending on the type of account (hunting/farming)Assist Global account manager with project, pricing, and follow-upConsistently meet or exceed revenue targets, cross-sell and/or upsell the portfolio, meet territory coverage goals, and achieve KPIsDevelop account plans to deliver on strategic goals, such as revenue, market share, and portfolio spreadMaximize spend across the client's portfolio within each customer accountCreate, Develop and manage accurate sales pipeline information, ensuring timely communication of forecast and accurate changes to customer buying plans, while achieving sales management goalsUnderstand the customer's key drivers from both business and IT perspectives, and develop relevant solutions to meet customer needsDevelop strong professional working relationships with customers, partners and colleaguesAdhere to internal customer relations management system guidelines to ensure accurate data capturing and reporting
