Job Summary:

The Role:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

Job Functions:

Assist with in house trouble callsProvide assistance to Journeyman Engineers on in house projects, painting, drywall repair, appliance repair, etc.First responder on Emergency Situations within an office environmentEnsuring maintenance supplies are not depletedOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have basic knowledge of HVAC, Electricity, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall and PaintingAble to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situationsHigh School diploma or equivalentAble to read, write and communicate in English. Bilingual a plusMust have basic hand tools: sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, multi-meter etc.Open to and able to work day shifts, some evenings and weekends as required depending on company needs

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

Handling maintenance tasks will require stooping, pulling, pushing and working in cramped areasMust be able to lift 50 pounds or more using proper lifting techniques

The expected compensation for this position is:

$16.20 USD Hourly
