THE JOB:

The Arcade Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the vending department, including managing the booking schedule and availability of VR packages. This role also involves supervising and scheduling a team of 10 employees. All responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with departmental and property policies, procedures, and guidelines.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.57/hr plus commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Manage vending department and analyze arcade game mix and recommend removing or adding games

Monitor and approve departmental purchases as well as prepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets

Hire and train department employees and monitor FTE and overtime

Greet guests with a welcoming attitude, provide excellent service, promote arcade games and VR experiences, sell tickets, and handle cash transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all equipment, enforce game rules, monitor gameplay, manage prize inventory

Handle guest complaints and concerns

Create, coordinate and execute operational plan for groups and special events

Ensure safety procedures are followed and evacuation training is administered

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of theme park or arcade experience

Work varied shift, to include weekends and holidays

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Able to lead and mentor a team

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
