Archaeological Field Supervisor

Come find out for yourself what it's like to be a part of our journey. **We offer attractive pay, flexible work options, a great corporate culture, comprehensive and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and a wellness platform as well as great savings programs, and a clear vision for the future.** **\#WeAreWSP** **What you can expect to do here** **:** + Oversee and lead archaeological fieldwork projects, including surveys, excavations, and data collection. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. + Supervise and mentor field technicians and other team members. + Prepare detailed field reports and documentation. + Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. **What you'll bring to WSP ...** + Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology or a related field. + Archaeological license (preferred if already obtained, but candidates in the process of obtaining it will be considered). + 2-3 years of previous experience as a field technician. + Canadian experience and familiarity with local regulations and guidelines. + Valid driver’s license and ability to operate field vehicles. **Additional Information:** + Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Burlington or Mississauga. + The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various field sites. + **Start Date:** April 2025 **WSP** is one of the world's leading professional services firms.
