Job Description A premier employer is seeking a highly skilled Architect, Commercial & Operations Systems, to lead the architecture and implementation of the energy trading and risk management (ERTM) system (Endur) as well as their hydrocarbon accounting system (Energysys). This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the integration of Endur and Energysys into our commercial and operations systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and enhances their energy trading, risk, and hydrocarbon accounting capabilities. This person will lead the architectural design and implementation of Endur ETRM system and EnergysysHCM system. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, develop and maintain the overall architecture of commercial and operations systems, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise systems. Additionally, they will customize and configure the systems to meet specific business needs, manage the development and execution of test plans to ensure the system meets performance and functionality standards, and provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team. This person must ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation, and stay updated with the latest features and industry trends to continuously improve the system.
