This position is responsible for driving cross domain technology plans to align with enterprise goals, business plans and business processes. The Architect will review technical specification documents created by development teams and evaluate emerging technology for use across multiple domains, as well as create Architect Review Board documents. Additional responsibilities include cross domain technical oversight and mentoring functional architects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Responsible for combining roadmaps from multiple functional groups to align with goals, business plans and business processes. Coordinate functional architects to develop project plans encompassing all technical tasks that meet enterprise and business schedule. Responsible for development of technical designs to support delivery of solutions and oversight of multiple projects in project portfolio. Maintain standards on cross-functional initiatives to align with enterprise standards. Evaluate the impacts of new technology on multiple connected systems. Document the implementation of business processes across technical systems.Required Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of Information Technology experience. 2+ years of experience in architecture for larger organizations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
