Job Title: Architect Job Description • Perform code review and comply with project budget and schedule. • Select, evaluate, and implement design components used in projects. • Evaluate existing conditions and formulate responses to challenges. • Responsible for significant aspects of larger projects and for work on smaller projects. • Oversee daily design and technical development of projects. • Supervise and produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM. • Coordinate and ensure QA/QC of consultants’ work. • Conduct Construction Administration for select projects. • Apply advanced knowledge of construction techniques and material selection. • Maintain project files for multiple projects simultaneously. • Document and communicate specific project tasks to clients and team members. • Comply with internal project budgets, including team hours. • Design and implement project scope of work, adhering to schedule. Hard Skills + Proficiency in REVIT for detailing and designing + 10 years of experience in Educational (K-12), Public, or institutional projects in NJ, NYC, PA + Familiarity with NJ Dept of Education Application process + Ability to work independently on Construction Documents through SD-DD without guidance + Experience with capital improvement and roofing projects, primarily in education but also in public projects Soft Skills + Strong ability to multitask + Effective communication skills + Collaborative spirit + Attention to detail Work Environment The company embodies the philosophy that great architecture is for everyone and can unite people, enhance well-being, and enrich communities.
