Currently, our office has a unique blend of talent, and we need your skills to bridge the gap and drive projects forward! What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 4-10 years in professional architecture, with a focus on interior design. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field. - Expertise: Strong experience in developing Design & Construction Documents. - Leadership: Ability to coordinate and guide the architecture & design staff and consultants. - Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction materials, standards, and codes. - Hands-On: Onsite construction field experience is a must! - Organization: Skill in conceptualizing project schedules and meeting deadlines. Your Schedule: - In-Office: 4 days a week - Remote: Fridays at home! Key Responsibilities: - Support project teams with design drawings, construction documents, and drawing coordination. - Collaborate with project consultants to coordinate working drawings. - Conduct site surveys, due diligence reports, and building code reviews. - Transform design concepts into detailed construction drawings, maintaining quality control. - Oversee Construction Administration tasks, including site visits and RFI responses. - Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met. - Engage in presentations and marketing efforts to showcase our exceptional work.
