Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 5-7 years of experience in multifamily and conversion projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, proficiency in Revit, and a passion for delivering exceptional projects that enhance our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams on design and documentation for multifamily residential and adaptive reuse/conversion projects.Develop conceptual designs and participate in design presentations to clients and stakeholders.Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications using Revit.Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.Participate in project meetings and contribute to project schedules and budgets.Mentor junior staff and assist with their professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.5-7 years of professional experience, with a focus on multifamily and conversion projects.Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Demonstrated understanding of all phases of architectural design and construction.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Architectural license or in progress is preferred.
