Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit + Expertise in construction documents and detailing + Excellent client interaction skills + 10+ years of experience in architecture + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with retail or supermarket projects + Ability to mentor and oversee junior staff + Strong drafting and design skills + Experience in construction administration Work Environment You will be working in a 12-person office located in Waltham, MA. The team is currently in the office 100% of the time, but there is flexibility to work from home when needed. The work environment is adaptable to ensure that staff can balance their professional and personal lives effectively.
