At CESO, an Architect is responsible for leading the building design effort from start to finish and manages the production of building construction documents in accordance with laws and regulations. Architects interact with Project Managers and clients to understand their needs and work to ensure that the design is safe, useful, and aesthetically pleasing. You will have primary responsibilities that include: Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural projects from preparation of concepts and design development through complete construction documentation that includes specifications, materials, colors, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and estimated costsPerform site visits and field measurements as required to document existing conditions for projectsDefine and communicate project scope, objectives, and schedule to staff and clients.
