Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to develop design and 3D modeling work using Revit for the layout and development of architectural portions of projects. Develop, review, and interpret specifications, building design criteria, and code reports/analyses to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Conduct inter-disciplinary reviews and coordination to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with other project components. Engage with clients and project management to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Utilize MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation and presentation purposes. Employ 3D modeling tools (Revit, SketchUp) and AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks. Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture. Valid Architecture License. 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong understanding of building design criteria, specifications, and code compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration. Experience in inter-disciplinary reviews and coordination.
