Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their vision and requirements, designing detailed architectural plans, developing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with local codes. This role involves collaborating with a team of engineers, construction professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of various projects.

ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to discuss their vision, requirements, and objectives for a project.Create detailed architectural plans and designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Provide initial cost estimates, construction timelines, and special requirements for projects.Prepare scaled drawings that show both the appearance and interior structure of buildings.Oversee the development of project drawings, studies, and budgets.Draft work contracts for building subcontractors.Monitor construction sites to ensure work aligns with architectural plans.Develop and give presentations to inform clients and the public about upcoming projects.Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure project success.Essential SkillsProficient in RevitExperience in architectural design and project managementAbility to create construction documentsBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureLicensed/Registered Architect or the ability to obtain licensure within a yearExperience with commercial building projectsAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUpStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
