Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on both New Jersey and Florida projects, utilizing their extensive architectural experience and proficiency in Revit to produce full sets of construction drawings for new construction projects. This role requires strong knowledge of building codes, the ability to manage junior staff, and coordination with all engineering trades to manage ground-up projects from inception through completion.

ResponsibilitiesLead the production of full construction document sets for multi-family/mixed-use projects ranging from 200-4,000 sq ft.Manage and advise junior staff within the construction drawing phase.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and trades on all projects.Review all drawings for code compliance.Oversee and assist other architects in the construction document phase.Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and clients.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of architectural experience within the construction drawing phase.Full proficiency in using Revit.Ability to produce full sets of construction drawings for new construction projects.Strong knowledge of building codes.Bachelor of Architecture degree.Experience managing junior-level staff.Ability to coordinate with all engineering trades.Experience in managing ground-up projects from inception through completion.Strong understanding of multi-family/mixed-use projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsRegistered Architect is a plus.Experience in technical production (producing, mark-ups, red-lines).
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $41.00
