Architect

(This is a hybrid position with some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

The primary role of the Architect is to maintain the team’s Azure DevOps code repository, assist with technical questions and issues within the teams, maintain and create Azure Data Factory Pipelines, and manage code reviews with releases to production environments.  They will participate in data delivery and support to both the analytics and extracts development teams and may provide oversight and technical checkpoints to enforce standards and quality of BI solutions.  This role is responsible for collaborating with the other IT support teams to ensure that technical architecture complies with guidelines and restrictions for IUH leveraged environments as well as ensuring that the goals of the business with regards to data management are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produces the detail surrounding accepted EA frameworks and logical system designs.  Uses guiding principles & architectural policies to produce solution designs that anchor to IT portfolio standards and ensure long-term operational and administrative efficiencies.  The architect is detail-oriented and thorough with the analysis and direction provided to development teams.  Ensures delivery teams are equipped with the leadership and guidance necessary to successfully deliver their solutions.

Strong technical, problem solving, and resolution skills Strong SQL knowledge Experience with Azure DevOps Knowledge of GIT commands Knowledge of Azure Data Factory  Knowledge of health care data 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.  5-7 years of experience required.  Requires knowledge of EA frameworks and design tools.  Requires deep expertise in at least one technology domain.
