Job Description

We are seeking a talented Emerging Architect or Licensed Architect with 1-10 years of experience who is proficient in Revit. Candidates must possess either a Master's Degree or a degree from an accredited architectural program. This role involves working on diverse and large-scale projects, including multi-family, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, retail, and urban planning. You will be joining a mid-size architectural firm known for creating urban spaces and award-winning designs.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage construction documents and design plans.Work on a variety of project types including multi-family, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, retail, and urban planning.Collaborate with clients and developers to meet project requirements and deadlines.Generate site plans and develop design concepts.Participate in large-scale projects, ranging from 20-300 unit multifamily projects to projects with budgets of $20-50 million.Adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Experience working with construction documents.Strong design skills.1-10 years of experience in a professional architectural environment.Degree from an accredited architectural school (Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in multi-family, hospitality, senior living, and data center projects.Strong graphic skills and ability to generate site plans.Ability to work in a client-driven environment.Good mentoring skills for junior staff.Work Environment

The firm has a casual and laid-back office culture with a team size of about 15-20 people. The team includes a good mix of junior and sr. staff, providing ample opportunities for mentorship. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $58.00
