Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Rockland County, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.Develop and present design proposals to clients.Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect in the state of New York.Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience.Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00
