Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our dynamic project team to develop design drawings and construction documents.Coordinate work with project consultants and lead site surveys.Conduct building code reviews and prepare thorough due diligence reports.Transform design concepts into actionable construction drawings while ensuring quality and technical control.Engage in Construction Administration duties including site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.Foster strong communication across project teams and clients, ensuring projects remain on schedule and budget.

Essential Skills:

4-10 years of architectural experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.Proficiency in REVIT is a must; hand sketching abilities are a bonus.Experience in Workplace, Retail, or Media/Broadcast is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and onsite experience.Excellent communication skills coupled with an eye for detail and commitment to integrity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00
