Responsibilities + Develop and produce detailed construction documents using Revit. + Work on larger projects, ensuring accuracy in detailing and documentation. + Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Participate in design and construction administration. + Draft and review architectural plans and specifications. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit + Experience in construction document production + Strong client interaction skills + Expertise in architecture, design, and construction administration + Ability to draft and detail architectural plans Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture + Experience with retail or supermarket projects Work Environment The position is based in a 12-person office located in Waltham, MA. Currently, employees are required to work in the office 100% of the time, but the office is equipped to support remote work when necessary, offering flexibility as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
