Job Description
Working with the project’s Design and Technical Leads, you will assist in developing the design, implementing the building program, and preparing project documentation appropriate to each phase. You will prepare presentation materials to communicate design ideas to the client, research manufacturers’ materials and systems, understand the technical implications of design decisions, and contribute to the development and documentation of practical, buildable details. You will represent the firm well in project meetings and industry events and begin to build a professional network of clients, consultants, and peers.

Established in 1945, the firm serves PK-12 Education, Higher Education, Faith-based, Municipal, Public Safety and Recreation, Federal, and Corporate clients from offices in Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Virginia. The work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm with a business casual dress code. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The Oak Brook office, soon moving to Westchester, has around 50 employees. The team in the suburbs mainly focuses on K-12 and municipal projects, with some higher education work primarily in Chicago. The firm is very busy with public safety and fire station projects. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.69 - $36.06
