Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with over 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Revit, have strong production skills, and possess extensive experience in creating construction documents and detailing for larger projects. Experience with retail or supermarket projects is an added advantage. Excellent client interaction skills are essential for this role.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce detailed construction documents using Revit.Work on larger projects, ensuring accuracy in detailing and documentation.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Participate in design and construction administration.Draft and review architectural plans and specifications.Essential SkillsProficiency in RevitExperience in construction document productionStrong client interaction skillsExpertise in architecture, design, and construction administrationAbility to draft and detail architectural plansAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureExperience with retail or supermarket projectsWork Environment

The position is based in a 12-person office located in Waltham, MA. Currently, employees are required to work in the office 100% of the time, but the office is equipped to support remote work when necessary, offering flexibility as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00
