Job Description
We are seeking 2 architectural designers to support bridging documentation and schematic design for a new terminal and extension project in our aviation studio. These individuals will draft plans in Revit according to design specifications and work closely with a Senior Project Architect. This is a full time role with full benefits provided.
ResponsibilitiesDraft plans in Revit according to design specifications.Support bridging documentation and schematic design.Collaborate with the Senior Project Architect.Utilize BIM 360/Cloud Based Models for project execution.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in architectural design.Proficiency in Revit.Experience with BIM 360/Cloud Based Models.Core & Shell design expertise.Bachelor of Architecture (BArch).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in aviation and transportation projects.Familiarity with construction documents and administration.Skills in schematic design and design development.Work Environment
This is an on-site position (5 days a week in the office) located in the Empire State Building . The office maintains a business casual dress code. Core work hours are between 10 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility to start and end at different times. Standard 40-hour work week with eligibility for overtime.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
