Job Description:
We are looking for two skilled Architectural Designers to assist with bridging documentation and schematic design for a new terminal and extension project in our aviation studio. In this full-time role, you will draft plans in Revit based on design specifications and collaborate closely with a Project Architect. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Draft plans in Revit according to design specificationsSupport bridging documentation and schematic designCollaborate with the Project ArchitectUtilize BIM 360/Cloud-Based Models for project executionEssential Skills:
3+ years of experience in architectural designProficiency in RevitFamiliarity with BIM 360/Cloud-Based ModelsExpertise in Core & Shell designBachelor’s degree in Architecture (BArch)Additional Qualifications:
Experience in aviation and transportation projectsKnowledge of construction documents and administrationSkills in schematic design and design developmentWork Environment:
This is an on-site position located in the Empire State Building, requiring in-office attendance five days a week. We uphold a business casual dress code.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
