Architect

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and adhere to safety and building regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Develop and present design proposals to clients.Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client needs and comply with regulations.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are being built according to plans.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural office.Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr.
