Key Responsibilities
Assessment of client needsDevelopment of test-fits, temporary and final solutions based on client requirements.Ongoing management of stakeholders (both national and international) for each projectDevelopment of Look & Feel proposals and Conceptual DesignDevelopment of preliminary studies, licensing projects, and execution projects, including all necessary documentation for each phase (drawn pieces, reports, measurement tables, etc.)Follow-up and management of licenses with the corresponding authorities and with the clientTechnical assistance during the construction management phaseEnsure that the projects in which you participate meet market quality standards in general and C&W standards in particular.Stay up to date with specific regulations applicable to projects.Update the catalog and material library.Stay informed about new trends in materials and solutions applicable to projects
Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience as an Architect and/or Interior Designer (3-5 years)Value given to professional experience in the field.Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos (Order of Architects)Strong analytical skillsProficiency in computer tools, particularly BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office tools, among othersFluency in English, both spoken and written.Ease in interpersonal relationships, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and experience in presentations (in Portuguese and English)Dynamism, creativity, and autonomyAbility to plan and prioritize tasks.Ability to adapt to various types of projects and client profiles.Proactive attitudeFull-time availabilityAvailability to travel to ongoing construction sites (nationwide)
