Job Description
We are seeking talented Architects to join our team and contribute to a variety of exciting new projects. The role includes positions for Architects, Project Architects, and Project Managers. Our team has been involved in several significant projects including the MARTA Station Rehabilitation Program, the transformation of the Five Points Station in Atlanta, and the rehabilitation of MARTA parking lots.
ResponsibilitiesProvide architectural and engineering design services for large-scale projects such as the MARTA Station Rehabilitation Program.Lead the transformation of key infrastructure projects like the Five Points Station in Atlanta.Prepare plans for the repair and reconstruction of parking lots at multiple stations.Conduct due diligence and design for real estate development projects, including McDonalds and 7-Eleven sites across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida.Prepare site and envelope analysis for potential mixed-use redevelopment projects.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Experience with AutoCAD, especially for McDonald's projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams).5-10 years of experience in architectural design.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Architecture.Registered Architect (or ability to obtain within 6 months)Work Environment
You will work with lead architects and should be able to hit the ground running. Meetings will be held once or twice a week, either virtually or face-to-face, to discuss project updates. You are expected to create your own schedule for deliverables, collaborate with structural and MEP teams as needed, and work independently on projects. The work environment is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with flexible start times before 9 am.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $65.00/hr.
